  • Some items may differ slightly from photos due to seasonal availability.
  • If an item is unavailable, we may replace it with a similar item of equal or greater value.

Ordering & Payment

  • Orders must be placed through our website/social platforms/WhatsApp (specify your channels).
  • Payment must be made in full before delivery.
  • Prices are subject to change based on market conditions.

Delivery

  • Deliveries occur on scheduled days within our service areas.
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery information.
  • If no one is available to receive the order, the box may be left at the door (at customer’s risk) unless stated otherwise.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, supplier issues).

Refund & Replacement Policy (Fresh Produce)

We want every customer to be satisfied with their Crop and Crate experience. Because we sell perishable goods, our policy is adapted to fresh produce realities.

Freshness Guarantee
  • We guarantee that your produce is fresh at the time of delivery.
  • If you receive an item that is:
  • Damaged
  • Spoiled
  • Missing
  • Please report it within 24 hours of delivery.
What We Offer

  • A partial refund for the affected item(s)
  • Full refunds are granted only in exceptional cases.

Non Refundable Situations
  • Refunds/replacements will not apply when:
  • Items were stored incorrectly after delivery
  • Items spoiled due to delayed collection from the drop-off point
  • Customer changed their mind after delivery
  • Normal ripening or natural variation occurs
  • Produce is consumed more than 24 hours after delivery without a complaint
Cancellations

  • Before the cut-off time → 100% refund
  • After produce is packed or purchased → No refund
